Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Penggunaan QRIS sebagai Alat Pembayaran Digital

The development of financial technology in Indonesia has grown rapidly, with this technology changing the cash transaction process to non-cash. FinTech is a combination of financial services and technology. The QRIS payment method is one of the digital payment innovations. It is not surprising that QRIS has become a payment instrument that is quite popular. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) is a QR Code payment standard for the Indonesian payment system developed by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI). This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceived ease, perceived benefits, trust, and security on the decision to use QRIS and the variables that most influence the decision to use QRIS as a payment instrument. The data collection methodology uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test stages carried out are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, malticolinearity test. multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, f test and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the study indicate that the variables of perceived ease, perceived usefulness, trust, and security influence the decision to use and the variable that has the most influence on the decision to use is the trust variable.
