Pemanfaatan Sistem Administrasi Digital pada Optimalisasi Proses Pengelolaan untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Administrasi dan Keuangan Pendidikan

This Community Service Program was carried out at RA Umar Mirza, Marindal 2, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of administrative and financial governance in a community-based early childhood education institution. The main problems faced by the partner include manual administrative and financial record-keeping, limited digital literacy among administrative staff, and suboptimal documentation and reporting of institutional activities. The implementation methods include needs assessment, training on the use of a web-based administration and financial system, system implementation assistance, and application evaluation. Preliminary results show that the web-based system has been successfully implemented and is being used by administrative staff and treasurers for recording student data, payment transactions, and preparing financial reports in a more structured manner. In addition, users have begun to demonstrate improved ability in operating digital systems, along with initial improvements in data management efficiency and administrative transparency. The system implementation has also started to facilitate reporting processes and accelerate access to institutional information. Through this program, RA Umar Mirza is gradually transforming toward a more effective, modern, and sustainable administrative and financial governance system in supporting the improvement of early childhood education service quality.Downloads
