The community service program in Klungkung Village, Sukorambi District, Jember, aims to enhance cultural branding as part of its identity as a culture-based tourist village through sustainable tourism principles. Problem mapping reveals that local stakeholders have not yet collaborated effectively to promote tourism. Additionally, the village lacks a commercial tour package and a comprehensive long-term development roadmap, while understanding and commitment to sustainable practices remain insufficient. Current promotional activities are limited due to the underutilization of social media, and there is no promotional video to showcase the village's tourism profile. Furthermore, essential infrastructure, such as road signs and environmental conservation signage, is lacking near tourist attractions. To address these challenges, this community service program proposes several strategic actions, including program socialization, FGDs, and capacity-building activities, including intensive training and mentoring targeted to management and the local society. The expected outcomes include enhanced partner empowerment, development of tourism profile videos, improved social media promotion, stronger cultural branding, and the installation of road and environmental conservation signs.
