This community service activity was motivated by the challenges faced by teachers at SMPS Muhammadiyah Duri in designing interactive teaching media that aligned with the needs of the Merdeka Curriculum. This curriculum required teachers to deliver more creative and differentiated learning, but many teachers still struggled to optimally utilize digital technology. Especially in using platforms like Canva and Artificial Intelligence (AI) features, which actually had great potential to support engaging and effective learning processes. Seeing these problems, this training activity was designed to improve teachers' competence in creating interactive teaching media based on Canva and AI. The three-day training combined lectures, discussions, simulations, case studies, and hands-on practice so participants could comprehensively understand and apply the knowledge gained. The materials focused on introducing Canva for education, utilizing AI features such as magic write and text to image, and applying media design that supported differentiated learning. Evaluation was conducted with pretests and posttests using Likert scales and technical skill rubrics to measure competence improvement. The results showed that 85% of participants experienced an increase in understanding and skills by more than 30% from their initial scores. All participants succeeded in producing teaching media in the form of interactive presentations and short learning videos. Follow-up mentoring via WhatsApp and Google Drive for one month ensured the sustainability of the training outcomes. This activity proved effective in enhancing teachers' digital literacy while encouraging innovative learning transformation in accordance with Merdeka Curriculum.
