Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the main pillars in the transformation of education in the digital era. However, its utilization in teaching practices at the vocational school (SMK) level remains uneven. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of teachers at SMK Ma’arif Terpadu Cicalengka in leveraging AI to support more innovative and effective learning processes. The training, attended by 37 participants, was conducted through interactive workshops, live demonstrations of AI tools, and independent practice in learning scenarios. Evaluation results showed an average score increase from 63 (pre-test) to 88 (post-test), representing a 39.7% improvement. The greatest improvements were observed in understanding the basic concepts of AI (+45%) and in skills of using AI tools (+42%). Two weeks after the training, 81% of participants had implemented AI in their teaching, particularly in creating presentation slides, using educational chatbots, preparing AI-assisted semester lesson plans (RPS), and developing automated assessment rubrics. This training not only fosters innovation in teaching but also strengthens teachers’ readiness to face the challenges of Education 5.0. Practically, this training model serves as a replicable framework for other schools to accelerate teachers’ technology literacy in Indonesia and as an institutional strategy to foster sustainable educational transformation.Downloads
