Mosques serve not only as places of worship, but also as centers for religious and social activities in the community. However, the dissemination of information at the Jami Kertamanah Mosque in Baleendah is still carried out conventionally through notice boards, posters, and loudspeakers, which is ineffective and often causes delays and inefficiency. This problem is caused by the lack of utilization of digital technology as a means of communication between the mosque and its congregation. This community service activity aims to improve the effectiveness of information dissemination through the implementation of a media-based information system using digital displays or LCD TVs. This system displays various important information, such as prayer schedules, study schedules, donation announcements, and mosque activity news in text, image, and video formats, and has the potential to be used for live streaming of activities. The system is also equipped with a camera that can be used to live-stream ongoing activities. The input sources come from mobile devices, the Internet (streaming), or directly from cell phones, which are then connected to a Raspberry Pi 4 as the center for receiving content and controlling other devices (relays). In addition to creating digital media displays, training was provided to mosque administrators so that they could manage the system independently. The expected result is the availability of modern, efficient, and easily accessible information facilities, thereby supporting the digitization of mosques and improving services to congregations. Thus, the implementation of this digital media display-based information system is a practical and innovative solution for mosques in facing the challenges of digitization and responding to the needs of the surrounding community, which is highly dependent on mosques as centers of religious and social activities.Downloads
