Upaya Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar dan Manajemen Waktu Melalui Pemberian Psikoedukasi

Motivation is a fundamental thing for every individual to have. Because motivation will make individuals have a strong desire to achieve the desired goals. Time management can be interpreted as an art of managing, organizing, and scheduling someone’s time to produce more effective and productive work. Learning motivation and management time are needed by students in order to be able to understand learning properly and get maximum grades. The reality that occurs is that student’s learning motivation is still low and there is still an inability of students to manage their time. So this requires an activity that can help students increase their learning motivation and time management. One form of activity that can be done is the provision of psychoeducation. The purpose of this community service is to improve learning motivation and time management students at SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. This is due to the fact that many students there experience decreased learning motivation and inability to manage their time. The main target of this activity are grade 10 and grade 11 students of SMA Negeri 11 Palembang and there are 59 students who participated in psychoeducational activities. To assess the success of the activities, a Post-Test is carried out which aims to measure the extent to which students can understand the material that has been shared.
