This study aims to examine the mediating role of organizational resilience in relation to authentic leadership and business continuity. Developed using the PLS-SEM model, the results show that the 2 direct path variables were found to have a positive and significant correlation while organizational resilience as a mediator construct was found to have a significant mediating effect. Our research proves that in the MSME sector, authentic leadership can influence organizations to survive a crisis.
