Hospital is one of the public institutions that is oriented to community services, where the information system is one of the important factors to support the health services provided. To be able to provide effective and efficient services. In supporting the health services provided by the Bhakti Hospital, it continues to strive to improve the quality of services provided. One of them is determining a doctor to be able to provide the best service to anticipate so that there will be no mistake in determining acceptance of a doctor, it is necessary to have a decision support system namely by using the ORESTE and ROC methods. And by translation this background, the authors are interested in conducting research on making decisions in the assessment of the doctor who wants to be accepted, where each criterion and alternative has a weight, which at the end of the process can produce a ranking
