This condition has the potential to cause data processing errors, misuse of access, and information leaks. This study aims to design and build a school computer security system that is structured, integrated, and easy to develop by implementing the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture. The research methods used include the stages of system requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), database design, system implementation based on the MVC architecture, and functional testing using the Black Box Testing method. The implementation of MVC is carried out by separating system components into Model (data management and business logic), View (user interface), and Controller (process flow controller and authentication), thereby increasing modularity, security, and ease of system maintenance. The results of the study show that the system built is able to improve data security through user authentication mechanisms, role-based authorization (role-based access control), activity monitoring, and integrated usage log recording. The separation of MVC-based architecture has been proven to minimize the risk of access errors and strengthen control over academic data management. The contribution of this research lies in: (1) designing a school computer security system model based on a structured and scalable MVC architecture, (2) implementing a role-based access control mechanism in a school environment, and (3) developing a user activity monitoring model that can be used as a reference for developing security systems in secondary educational institutions. In the implementation of the Vendor Management System (VEMANIS) at RSAB Harapan Kita, several operational problems were still found, such as inconsistencies and delays in updating vendor information, as well as inconsistent system responses in supporting the procurement process. These conditions indicate the need for system quality evaluation based on user perceptions. This study aims to analyze the effect of website quality on procurement effectiveness using the WebQual 4.0 approach which includes three main dimensions, namely Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The research method used was quantitative with data collection through questionnaires to 100 VEMANIS system users. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that Information Quality (p = 0.030) and Service Interaction Quality (p = 0.001) had a significant effect on procurement effectiveness, while Usability* (p = 0.127) did not show a statistically significant effect. These findings indicate that the quality of information and service interactions within the system play a more dominant role in supporting procurement process effectiveness than ease of use. Incorrect location decisions can lead to low customer visits and high operational costs. This study aims to determine the optimal supermarket location based on six key criteria: population, income, accessibility, distance to competitors, land rental costs, and traffic flow. To address this issue, this study implements the Penguin Search Optimization Algorithm (PeSOA), a metaheuristic inspired by the group hunting behavior of penguins in search of the best resources. A dataset of 50 location alternatives was processed using Python, and each criterion was normalized using the min-max method to standardize the scoring scale. The results show that the best location is at index 33 with a maximum fitness score of 4.3669. PeSOA achieved optimal convergence within 50 out of 100 iterations. The main advantage of PeSOA lies in its ability to explore solution space effectively with minimal parameters and deliver stable outcomes. This study confirms that PeSOA is an effective decision-support tool for retail location planning. These problems encourage the development of an integrated digital-based system. This study aims to develop an information system for submitting and managing Official Travel Letters that meets user needs using the Design Thinking approach. The Design Thinking method used consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. In the empathize stage, interviews were conducted with the Jambi Provincial KPU to understand user problems, while the define stage was used to formulate the main problems and user needs. The ideate stage resulted in a solution design in the form of a mapping of features and system flows that were then developed into a web-based application prototype. The developed system provides features for submitting SPDs, verification by the PPK (Commissioner for Official Travel), recording travel history, and printing official travel receipts. Test results show that the system is able to improve the efficiency of SPD management and minimize administrative errors.
