Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Jabatan Sebagai Kepala Human Resources Department (HRD) Menerapkan Metode WASPAS

Decision Support System (SPK) is part of a computer-based information system (including knowledge-based system) that is used to support decision making in organizations or companies. The support system takes semi-structured decisions, where no one knows for sure how the decision was made. The selection of positions as staff of the Department of Human Resources (HRD) at the SOGO Department always holds several selections before being appointed as the staff of the Department of Human Resources (HRD) at the SOGO Department. There are several criteria that must be possessed by every staff of the Department of Human Resources (HR) as a condition for accepting eligibility for position. In order to obtain a position as a staff member of the Department of Human Resources (HRD), the SOGO Deptstore requires a decision support system. In this study the authors apply the Weighted Aggregate Product Rating (WASPAS) as a method to be applied in the decision support system application. WASPAS is a method of decision making to choose other proposed alternatives based on appropriate criteria.
